1. Do you turn my home into your workshop? (Cleanliness)

- Just Moulding has a state of the art fabrication facility where we do all of the cutting, keeping the dust and mess in our shop, not your home.  Cutting wood generates an enormous amount of fine dust that can remain in your home for years.  Not only is is difficult to clean the miroscopic pieces of sawdust, but it is also unhealthy to breathe.   Just Moulding will leave your home as clean as.

 

 

 

 

2. Do you have samples for me to choose from? (Selection)

- Just Moulding stocks thousands of feet of hundreds of profiles for you to select from.  Our design consultants will show you samples of as many materials as you need to see in order to choose the product that is right for you.  With Just Moulding on the job, you will not need to make trips to Home Depot or Lowes to pick your product, we bring it all to you at a lower cost.

 

 

 

 

3. Is your proposal a fixed price or just an estimate? (Security)

- Just Moulding will provide you with a firm fixed price quote during the consultation.   Our price is an absolute fixed price.   Unlike some contractors, if we under estimate the amount of labor or materials needed for the job, we accept responsibility for the mistake, and do not expect the cutomer to sign a change order.  In fact, we do not accept change orders.  Any additional work is quoted as a new job.  All of our work is done on a fixed price up front.  There will never be any suprises when it comes time for final payment.

 

 

 

 

 

4. Do you offer a warranty on your work? (Security)

Lifetime Workmanship Warranty. Just Moulding warrants all material and labor for the life of the product, unless otherwise stated elsewhere in this contract. This warranty becomes valid only upon timely payment in full for work performed. If problems as to workmanship or materials arise, Just Moulding should be notified in writing immediately. Failure to do so may void this warranty. Just Moulding does not warrant expansion or contraction of natural wood materials due to changes in humidity and/or temperature.

7. Do you take credit cards? (Professionalism)

- Just Moulding does accept credit cards.

 

8. Do you cope your joints? (Professionalism)

- Walls and Ceilings are never perfectly square. To handle this, Just Moulding copes all joints on a professional coping

machine, allowing for a tight fit, every time.

 

9. Do you fill your nail holes and seams? (Professionalism)

- Just Moulding’s price includes filling all nail holes, and caulking all seams.

 

10. Do you glue your corners and splices? (Professionalism)

- Just Moulding glues all outer corners and splices. This ensures that our installations last for the life of your home.
