Richard Feldman - Production Operations Manager 

Richard (a.k.a. "Richie") is the man behind the scenes at Just Moulding who makes everything happen seamlessly. Rich is responsible for Production, Installation, Scheduling, Inventory, Training, and Customer Service. Richie works closely with our designer ensuring that the job flows smoothly from the initial phone call through the final followup with the customer.

Richie is also a very experienced trim carpenter, and spent several years in the field prior to taking over operations. Richie can be seen in the field lending a skillfull hand to some of our more complex jobs such as coffered or cathedral ceilings.

Richie says "Just Moulding operates like no other contractor I've seen. We are honest and dependable people. We always deliver on what we promise, from how the moulding is cut, to what time we will be at your door".

Jake Gallaher - Senior Installer

Jake (a.k.a. "Jakers") has proven himself time and time again that he has what it takes to satisfy our custmers. Jake been with Just Moulding since shortly after the company was founded. He has installed moulding in hundreds of homes, and there is not a neighborhood in Montgomery County that he can not drive by and identify one that he has personally ehnanced and beautified. In all of these jobs, Jakers has never had a single customer complaint, and in fact has received more compliments than anyone in the company.

Jake is a dedicated, loyal, and honest person, who any customer would be comfortable inviting into their home. Jake is a very focused person, who will never leave a job until it is complete, and the customer is 100% satisfied with his work. Jake is from Boise, ID and attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

Timmy Mills - Senior Installer

Timmy (aka. Trimman) has been with Just Moulding for 3 years. Trimman has been a finish carpenter for 10 years, and is an expert in all areas of trim installation.

Trimman says that "Just Moulding is special to me in the sense that great pride is taken in the work, and the customer relationship is superior to any other company I have been with."

Trimman graduated from Thomas Johnson High School in Frederick, MD and is an experienced, friendly, and precise carpenter who is very easy to get along with. Trimman enjoys NASCAR, and some day hopes to drive the Just Moulding sponsored stock car.

Jose Carrillo, Jr. - Production Assistant

                                                                                                      Jose joined Just Moulding in the winter of 2010.  Jose brings with him a wealth of knowledge in the construction industry, having worked for a handyman company as well as being a lead installer for a window and door company.  Jose's responsibilities include cutting and preparing moulding in the workshop, assisting Senior Installers with moulding installations, and overalll shop maintenanace and inventory control.

Jose is a native of Houston, TX and a graduate of Albert Einstein HS in Kensington, MD.  He is currently enrolled in school working towards a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management.  Jose is a well rounded, friendly, and social individual.  He enjoys meeting new people, basketball, and the Redskins.
