We Are Serious About Quality

We guarantee our projects, forever and ever.  If something ever goes wrong with our work, we will fix it.

Like most companies, our guarantee does have a few conditions:

Term: Just Moulding guarantees its interior moulding and trim carpentry for as long as the house, condominium, apartment, or yurt is standing.  This should be a very long time.

Limitations:  On the other hand, if the dwelling is destroyed by an act of man, or an act of God, Just Moulding will reinstall like materials at no cost to the current occupant.  In terms of a rebuild, some dimensional constraints might come into play. For example, if the old moulding was 10 feet in length, and the new wall is 14 feet in length, we will need to make the appropriate adjustments.  After all, we are carpenters, and occasionally magicians.

Restrictions:  The Guarantee is not restricted by changes in government, the weather, or by the migration routes of whales or birds.  We can’t think of anything that would restrict it, so let’s just go with “No Restrictions”.

Transferability:  The Guarantee automatically transfers from one home owner to another, either by deed, relation, ownership, or over a game of cards.  Just try to let us know who the new owner is, so we can put them on our mailing list.  Maybe they want some more work done?  You never know.

Geography:  The United States is a big place.  In fact, it is so big that it actually has different time zones!  Can you believe that?  Just Moulding will service this warranty by sending representatives from the nearest location to solve any problem, issue, or annoyance that comes up.  If you live in Washington, DC, and our closest operation is in Juno, Alaska, you can expect some jet lagged crown moulding installers to show up at your door.  We’ll have to work out the material issues onsite.  It is hard to pack 16 foot lengths of wood in carry-on bags.  We’ll figure it out.
